Hi Kidsbank!
I just wanted to send a HUGE thank you to you all for everything you do for the children and families of Chester (and surrounding areas!) from the whole team here at Children’s Social Care. You have been there for us and our families prior, during and no doubt will be supporting us long after this crisis and we cannot thank you enough.
The majority of our families are already going through the most incredibly hard times and the pressure you take off them financially, emotionally and physically is indescribable. I have witnessed the tears of relief when I have emptied my car of the beautiful items you provide which is just the best feeling!
It does not go unnoticed how above and beyond you all go in making our families feel special and going that extra mile. From sending out items in gift bags, adding toys & books for children in with the nappy packages to opening up for us in a crisis, volunteers spending hours putting together referrals and sourcing a range of difficult to get items – THANK YOU!!
Making the referral process much easier recently shows just how keen you are to make sure Kidsbank is as accessible as possible and that no parent or child go without!
