KidsBank has completed its Christmas referrals for 2025, supporting 2,176 children with 23,005 brand new gifts. The number of children referred is up 20% on last year.
Thanks to donations from community groups and individuals, every child received a bundle of hand-picked gifts. The charity paid tribute to its corporate and hub volunteers, delivery drivers and professional referrers. Project Manager Becky and Operations Assistant Vicky were singled out for overseeing every referral, delivery and collection.
The year also saw the opening of the Flintshire hub in Mold, led by Nikki and her team, allowing KidsBank to offer support across the whole of Flintshire. The Chester hub, led by Katie and her team, had its busiest year yet, providing clothing and essential items to families year-round.
Looking ahead to 2026, the charity hopes to see its Gift For Forever appeal grow, securing its future so it can keep supporting families for generations.
