Once your referral is received, our team will be busy preparing it, according to what we have available at the time. We only give age appropriate items. Therefore, for example, if a highchair is requested for a newborn baby, a new referral would need to be submitted when the baby is approximately 5 months old.

We aim to have referrals made up and delivered within a week from the date the referral was submitted. However, this can be slightly longer during busy times and holidays. We will call the family on the day we are ready to deliver to check they are at home. If not, the referral will be added to the next delivery to that area. Please ensure phone numbers are correct so we can contact families easily.

At busy times and for rural areas, we may ask for referrals to be collected from KidsBank by the referrer.

Please check our wish list for items we currently need. If an item is not on this list, it means we are currently well stocked. If items are on our wish list, just drop off during our opening times. If it is not on our wish list, please ensure you have checked with us before you come to donate.

All clothing must be freshly laundered and in excellent or brand new condition for children aged 0 – 12 years. We also accept small toys that are clean, complete and in excellent used or brand new condition. Prams, cots and highchairs must be less than five years old. Please include instruction booklet if possible.

We have a full Gifting Guide available on our website, which outlines all the items we are able and are not able to re-gift to our families.

• KidsBank Hub Volunteering: We are delighted to offer volunteering days for teams up to 6 people in our KidsBank Hub. Dates are available between February and October each year. Due to high demand, dates are limited to one per company. Dates can be booked using our Booking Calendar below. Please let us know the Company you represent using the notes section on booking.
• School Uniform Volunteering Days: Teams of up to 6 people can join us in our KidsBank Project Hub to prepare School Uniform Referrals for our families. Dates are available in April and August each year and can be booked using our Booking Calendar below. Please let us know the Company you represent using the notes section on booking. Please note, when signing up to one of our School Uniform Days, your team must commit to a £300 Team Fundraising target ahead of joining us.
• Christmas Hub Volunteering Days: Teams of up to 8 people can join us in our KidsBank Project Hub to prepare gift bundles for children at Christmas. Dates are available in October, November and December each year. Please note, when signing up to one of our Christmas Hub Volunteering Days, your team must commit to a £1,000 Team Fundraising target ahead of joining us. • Community Fun Day Volunteering: Teams of up to 12 people can join us in hosting our KidsBank stand at one of the Community Fun Days. July and August dates TBC. Please contact Dee Denton on 07592509347 to register your interest.
