Uniform Self Referral

KidsBank offers Uniform  support to families who have children aged 4-12 years old, who are experiencing hardship and who live within Chester and the surrounding area. Any family in need of support for primary school uniform can submit a Uniform Referral for their children. We give children’s clothing up to size 12-13 years.

We process uniform referrals twice a year as follows:

• Summer Uniform – You can submit a referral for summer uniform from 3rd March 2025 – 31st March 2025. These referrals will be processed and delivered during the Easter holidays so that it is with you ahead of the school Summer Term. Once your referral is ready, we will contact you directly to arrange delivery.
• Autumn Uniform – You can submit a referral for autumn uniform from 30th June 2025 – 3rd July 2025. These referrals will be processed and delivered in the school summer holidays so that it is with you ahead of the new school year. Once your referral is ready, we will contact you directly to arrange delivery.

• You are experiencing hardship and need support with uniform items for your children
• Your children attend Primary School in Cheshire West & Chester or Flintshire 
• You live within Cheshire West & Cheshire or Flintshire 

Please complete one referral for all your children you wish to apply for. 

Once the referral has been prepared, we will contact you directly to arrange delivery.
