Refer Yourself

You may refer yourself for clothes, toiletries and nappies only, up to a maximum of 3 times. After this, or if you require any other items, you must be referred by a front-line professional, such as a midwife, health visitor, social worker or teacher. If however, you experience difficulties in obtaining a referral, please contact our in-house referral liaison on 07522 498296.

Referrals must be no more than every six months for a child over 1 and every three months for a baby up to 1. Once we have prepared your referral we contact you by phone to arrange delivery.

We give children’s clothing up to size 11-12 years. We do not provide shoes, except for school shoes. Other items we do not supply include; adult clothing, any furniture (except cot beds), single or bunk beds, curtains, baby walkers, electrical items and car seats.
