Uniform Referral
KidsBank offers Uniform support for children aged 0-12 years old. Any family in need of support for primary school uniform can submit a Uniform Referral for their children.
We process uniform referrals twice a year as follows:
- Summer Uniform – You can submit a referral for summer uniform from 3rd March 2025 – 31st March 2025. These referrals will be processed and delivered during the Easter holidays so that it is with you ahead of the school Summer Term. Once your referral is ready, we will contact you directly to arrange delivery.
- Autumn Uniform – You can submit a referral for autumn uniform from 30th June 2025 – 3rd July 2025. These referrals will be processed and delivered in the school summer holidays so that it is with you ahead of the new school year. Once your referral is ready, we will contact you directly to arrange delivery.
KidsBank accept Emergency Uniform Referrals outside of these windows. If you need to make an emergency referral, please contact us by emailing info@kidsbankchester.com.

Our Autumn Uniform Referrals are now CLOSED.
If you have submitted a referral for Autumn Uniform, these will be delivered by 2nd September ahead of the start of autumn term. Uniform Referrals will re-open in April for Summer Uniform Referrals. We continue to accept Emergency Uniform Referrals outside of the Summer and Autumn uniform referral windows. If you need to make an emergency referral, please contact us by emailing info@kidsbankchester.com.
