Make a Christmas Referral
We understand the challenges many families are facing this Christmas.
We want to ensure that no child goes without a present this Christmas. All family members permanently living at the family address may be referred under this scheme.
The closing date for referrals is Monday 2nd December 2024.
Referrals are prepared in November to ensure they are with the families by 20th December 2024. Following your submission, please let us know any changes to the delivery address.

Any font line professional may refer a family via our Christmas Professional Referral Form
Christmas Self Referral
You may refer all members of your family permanently living at your family address via our Christmas Self Referral Form.
