KidsBank offers support to families who have children aged 0-12 years old, who are experiencing hardship and who live within Chester and the surrounding area. We give children’s clothing up to size 12-13 years.

We process referrals seasonally as follows:

• Summer – You can submit a referral for summer clothing items between April to July
• Winter – You can submit a referral for winter clothing items between September to March
• Please note: we are CLOSED for referrals in August.

Our Professional Referral Form can be filled in and submitted by a midwife, health visitor, teacher, social worker, or other front-line professional, where all of the following applies:

• The family has given their consent to a referral being made on their behalf
• The family has been consulted to ensure the information provided is accurate and only the items immediately needed are requested
• The family is experiencing hardship and lives within Cheshire West & Cheshire and Flintshire
• Family details, including parent’s full name, current address and telephone number have been provided

Please complete one referral with all items immediately needed, rather than multiple smaller referrals.

Once the referral has been prepared, we will contact you directly to arrange collection. If you or a colleague is unable to collect, please note this in the ‘Any Further Information’ box provided so that alternative delivery arrangements can be made with the family directly.
