Uniform Professional Referral

KidsBank offers Uniform  support to families who have children aged 4-12 years old, who are experiencing hardship and who live within Chester and the surrounding area. 

We process uniform referrals twice a year as follows:

  • Summer Uniform – You can submit a referral for summer uniform from 3rd March 2025 – 31st March 2025. These referrals will be processed and delivered during the Easter holidays so that it is with you ahead of the school Summer Term. Once your referral is ready, we will contact you directly to arrange delivery.
  • Autumn Uniform – You can submit a referral for autumn uniform from 30th June 2025 – 3rd July 2025. These referrals will be processed and delivered in the school summer holidays so that it is with you ahead of the new school year. Once your referral is ready, we will contact you directly to arrange delivery.
 
KidsBank accept Emergency Uniform Referrals outside of these windows. If you need to make an emergency referral, please contact us by emailing info@kidsbankchester.com.

Our Professional Uniform Referral Form can be filled in and submitted by a midwife, health visitor, teacher, social worker, or other front-line professional, where all of the following applies:

  • The family has given their consent to a referral being made on their behalf
  • The family has been consulted to ensure the information provided is accurate and only the items needed for the upcoming term are requested
  • The family is experiencing hardship and lives within Cheshire West & Cheshire and Flintshire
  • The children being referred attend Primary School in Cheshire West & Chester or Flintshire 
  • The family within Cheshire West & Cheshire or Flintshire 
  • Family details, including parent’s full name, current address and telephone number have been provided
 

Please complete one referral for all the children in the family being referred.  

Once the referral has been prepared, we will contact you directly to arrange delivery.

Our Uniform Referrals are now CLOSED

We will be accepting Summer School Uniform Referrals in March 2025 ahead of the Summer Term. 

We will be accepting Autumn Uniform Referrals from June 2025 ahead of the Autumn Term. 

We continue to accept Emergency Uniform Referrals outside of the Summer and Autumn uniform referral windows. If you need to make an emergency referral, please contact us by emailing info@kidsbankchester.com.
