Uniform Referral

KidsBank offers Uniform support for children aged 0-12 years old. Any family in need of support for primary school uniform can submit a Uniform Referral for their children.

We process uniform referrals twice a year as follows:

  • Summer Uniform – You can submit a referral for summer uniform from 1st March 2024. These referrals will be processed and delivered during the Easter holidays so that it is with you ahead of the school Summer Term. Once your referral is ready, we will contact you directly to arrange delivery.
  • Autumn Uniform – You can submit a referral for autumn uniform from 1st June 2024. These referrals will be processed and delivered in the school summer holidays so that it is with you ahead of the new school year. Once your referral is ready, we will contact you directly to arrange delivery.
 

KidsBank accept Emergency Uniform Referrals outside of these windows. If you need to make an emergency referral, please contact us by emailing info@kidsbankchester.com.

Our Summer Uniform Referrals are now CLOSED.

If you have submitted a referral for Summer Uniform, these will be delivered by 15th April ahead of the start of summer term. Uniform Referrals will re-open in June for Autumn Uniform Referrals.  We continue to accept Emergency Uniform Referrals outside of the Summer and Autumn uniform referral windows. If you need to make an emergency referral, please contact us by emailing info@kidsbankchester.com.

Our Autumn Term Referrals are now OPEN

You can submit a Uniform Referral for the Summer Term between 3rd June and 4th August.

Please note: These referrals will only be processed after 5th August for delivery by the 2nd September ahead of the Autumn Term.
